Fall is sweeping over North Idaho, (although you wouldn't be able to tell by our GORGEOUS 80+ degree weather) and our household is getting read to pack up- again! Although I can't go into specifics publicly, my husband's batallion is begining the process of preparing to come back home. Prayers, hopes, and well wishes have been sucessfully answered, he managed thus far to stay away from direct danger and is almost officially a veteran! I am so proud and I know I am not alone in that!
We have mutually decided that I should be in Jacksonville before his arrival, as opposed to our original plan on him helping us move, for many reasons. I put in my notice at work, and my last day will be October 9. I have been working at WTB for 4+ years, I will sure miss it and my ladies. As soon after that as I can get our entire household contained in cardboard packaging and into a U-Haul truck, Cader's dad Ken, Keiran and I are begining the 3-4 day road trip to North Carolina. There are still a ton of details that need to be worked out, but I know they will fall into place as time goes along. We are even planning our first Thanksgiving together as a family in Tennessee at my brother's house! This is all happening so fast and I love it.
Keiran is sick as a dog tonight, his little body spikes fevers every now and then withouth any other noticeable symptoms, and unfortunately today is one of those days. His temp reaches the upper 103's, until I give him Tylenol (every 4 hours) and it goes back down. When the dose wears low though, back up to 103 and the crying and aches ensue, poor little buckaroo! I am doing my best with 2 hours of sleep last night and who knows how many tonight. I am flying high on excitement and joy though, I hope to get him there soon too!
